Multi-Site Crew Lead,
Location: Multi-Site - Baltimore–Washington Corridor (Daily Travel Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Early Mornings and occasional evenings
Position Summary
This is an entry-level, multi-site road role: delivers PPE and supplies to client locations, handles miscellaneous operational tasks, and provides hands-on crew support and coverage across sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver PPE, supplies, and paperwork to client sites on a scheduled route and on demand
  • Provide crew support and short-term coverage at locations when leads are out or shifts are short
  • Handle miscellaneous field tasks, including badge/equipment drop-offs, new-hire day-one greeting, and site checklists
  • Report site issues (attendance, supplies, safety) to the Field Operations Manager same-day
  • Keep a simple delivery/visit log for each site touched
Qualifications
Required:
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) or company vehicle where provided
  • Dependable, self-directed, and comfortable moving between multiple sites daily

Physical Demands amp; Working Conditions

Employees are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, drive, kneel, stoop, reach, bend, and handle objects, tools, or controls. Employees may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Frequent travel to recruiting locations, community events, client sites, and company offices is required. Work settings range from office environments to active client worksites where noise levels may vary.
