* And much more What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be a key part of a small, high-performing team supporting enterprise IT systems and end users. You’ll: * Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
* Manage and monitor client/server, storage, and network environments
* Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (escalation) support
* Troubleshoot system issues and apply patches, updates, and configuration changes
* Manage user accounts, password resets, VPN access, and PKI-related tasks
* Configure and maintain Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems
* Support virtualized and storage environments
* Document processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures
* Contribute to reports and technical deliverables
* Use ticketing systems and internal tools to track and resolve issues
You’ll also provide hands-on support to users both at headquarters and across the enterprise—delivering excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities. Work Environment * On-site support: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

* CompTIA Security+ (current) Accepted Certifications (one required) * CompTIA Security+
* Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA-IT Infrastructure)
* MCSA – Desktop (Windows 7 or Windows 8)
