IT SITE LEAD

West Chester, PA | Full-Time | Onsite
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Lead IT. Drive Projects. Make an Impact.

Acero Precision is seeking a hands-on IT Site Lead to serve as our primary onsite technology resource. This is an opportunity to own day-to-day IT operations while leading projects that improve our manufacturing business.

You’ll partner with employees across the organization, collaborate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), and drive technology initiatives that keep our operations running efficiently. If you enjoy balancing technical support with project leadership, this role offers the variety and autonomy you’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary onsite IT resource for approximately 120 employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, and business applications.
  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding, workstation deployments, equipment provisioning, and user access.
  • Lead IT projects including ERP enhancements, system upgrades, workflow automation, and technology improvements.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, telecom providers, hardware suppliers, and our Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support ISO quality system requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technology, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience

What You’ll Bring

  • 4-7 years of progressive IT experience.
  • Experience as an IT Generalist, Site Support Technician, or Sole IT Resource.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience coordinating IT projects and managing multiple priorities.
  • Vendor management and contract coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
