The Role
Drive the Future of Enterprise Network Performance Through Strategic Partnerships
At AppLogic Networks, we help organizations overcome one of the most critical challenges in today's digital world: delivering exceptional application performance in environments where network bandwidth is limited, constrained, or highly complex.
We're looking for a Solution Management Director, MSP Growth & Strategy to build and scale the strategic partner ecosystem that will accelerate our next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional product management role.
This is an opportunity for a commercially-minded leader to shape market strategy, influence product direction, build transformative partnerships, and create new revenue opportunities through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and strategic ecosystem partners across industries where network performance is mission-critical.
From aviation and maritime operations to hospitality, convention centers, and other bandwidth-constrained environments, you will help define how leading enterprises consume, deploy, and realize value from AppLogic Networks solutions.
What You'll Do
As the leader responsible for MSP growth and solution strategy, you will define and execute the vision for how AppLogic Networks engages, enables, and grows strategic service provider partnerships globally.
You will identify market opportunities, cultivate executive-level relationships, and design go-to-market approaches that position AppLogic Networks as a critical technology partner for MSPs serving enterprise customers.
Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Executive Leadership, you will bring the voice of the market into the business and help shape solutions that deliver measurable customer outcomes.
Key areas of impact include:
  • Building and executing a scalable MSP ecosystem growth strategy
  • Developing strategic partnerships that create new revenue streams and market opportunities
  • Influencing product and solution roadmaps based on customer and partner insights
  • Creating differentiated solution offerings for target vertical markets
  • Defining commercial models, pricing strategies, and partner programs that drive adoption and recurring revenue
  • Establishing AppLogic Networks as a trusted thought leader within the managed services and enterprise networking community

What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will:
  • Expand AppLogic Networks' reach through a thriving ecosystem of high-value MSP partnerships
  • Deliver growth across strategic enterprise verticals including Aviation, Maritime, Hospitality, Convention Centers, and other bandwidth-constrained environments
  • Create compelling business cases and solution offerings that drive customer adoption and partner profitability
  • Influence strategic investments and product priorities through deep market and customer understanding
  • Establish repeatable frameworks for partner engagement, co-selling, solution packaging, and commercialization

What You Bring
You are a strategic business leader who understands how technology, partnerships, and market opportunities come together to drive growth.
You have experience operating at the intersection of product strategy, business development, and go-to-market execution, with a proven ability to build credibility with executives, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Required Experience & Expertise
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology environments
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in Product Management, Solution Strategy, Partner Strategy, Business Development, or related disciplines
  • Proven success building and scaling MSP, service provider, channel, or strategic technology partnerships
  • Deep understanding of enterprise networking, application performance management, connectivity, security, and managed services markets
  • Experience serving one or more target markets such as Aviation, Maritime, Hospitality, Convention Centers, or similar bandwidth-constrained enterprise environments
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, packaging, and recurring revenue business models
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate customer and market insights into strategic business opportunities and product direction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience developing revenue-sharing, white-label, managed service, or co-sell partnership models
  • Knowledge of ROI modeling, payback analysis, and business case development
  • Experience working within enterprise networking or infrastructure technology ecosystems

Why Join AppLogic Networks?
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a high-growth market strategy while working alongside talented technology and business leaders.
You'll have the ability to influence company direction, build meaningful industry partnerships, and create innovative solutions that help enterprises solve complex performance challenges in some of the world's most demanding operating environments.
If you're energized by building ecosystems, opening new markets, and turning strategic vision into measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
