About Us:
Premier Martial Arts is a world-class martial arts organization dedicated to empowering people of all ages to reach their full potential. We provide top-quality instruction, build confidence, and foster discipline while creating a fun and supportive environment.
The Role:
As our Program Director, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members and a key player in maintaining and growing our vibrant community. Youll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for students and their families, ensuring smooth enrollment processes, and supporting their martial arts journey. This can be either a full time or part time position.
What Youll Do:
- Engage with prospective members to share the benefits of our programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Manage membership inquiries via phone, email, and in-person conversations.
- Assist with class schedules, membership paperwork, and program details.
- Work with the team to promote and conduct special events, workshops, and upgrades.
- Ensure members feel valued, supported, and excited to be part of Premier Martial Arts.
- Collaborate with the instructional team to support student progress and retention.
- Maintain accurate records in our member management system.

- A positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills.
- Sales or customer service experience (bonus points for experience in fitness, martial arts, or youth programs).
