Now Hiring: Summer Camp Teacher


Are you energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with children? Our large childcare center is seeking enthusiasticSummer Camp Teachersto lead and inspire elementary kids and middle schoolersduring an exciting and activity-filled summer program!


Position Overview

As a Summer Camp Teacher, you will:

  • Supervise and engage children in daily activities, games, crafts, and outdoor adventures
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Lead group activities and encourage teamwork and positive behavior
  • Assist with field trips and safely transport children using center vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and supervisors
  • Assist with meal and snack times following guidelines
  • Maintain clean and organized camp spaces
  • Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies


Requirements

  • Must be25 years of age or older
  • Clean driving record(required to drive center bus/vehicles)
  • CurrentCPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability topass a comprehensive background check
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with school age children in a classroom setting
