MSP Programme Management Specialist


We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Programme Management Specialist to oversee the day-to-day delivery and success of MSP (Managed Service Provider) services across multiple countries in the region.

This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has strong experience managing vendors, stakeholders, and end-to-end recruitment processes across diverse markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with local hiring managers and oversee temporary recruitment requests
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including vacancy intake, supplier briefing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Act as the main escalation point for day-to-day MSP operations
  • Manage and monitor third-party vendor performance and ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Work across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and practices
  • Maintain and track recruitment data, agency performance, and hiring manager feedback
  • Ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement
  • Provide reporting, insights, and statistical analysis to support client decision-making
  • Conduct workforce planning sessions with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs
  • Drive cost optimization through market insights and competitive supplier strategies
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve operational challenges proactively


Requirements

  • Proven experience in MSP, RPO, or vendor management within the staffing industry
