Our client is a global workforce solutions organisation operating across technology, engineering and industrial sectors. They are looking for an experienced managed service provider (MSP) Account Manager who understands the MSP model and can build strong relationships, open new opportunities and represent the brand confidently across the US.


The role

You’ll focus on developing new client relationships, identifying opportunities for MSP programmes and engaging senior stakeholders across multiple regions. The role blends in‑person meetings, solution‑led conversations and close collaboration with marketing to support outreach and campaigns. It suits someone who enjoys being out with clients and shaping tailored workforce solutions.


What you’ll be doing

  • Engaging new organisations across the US to explore MSP opportunities
  • Building relationships with procurement, HR and operational leaders
  • Leading in‑person meetings, presentations and solution discussions
  • Working with marketing on targeted campaigns and client‑facing materials
  • Representing the business at industry events and networking sessions
  • Travelling across the US for client engagement and meetings
