  • Productize Services: Design standardized, repeatable service packages with clear scope, pricing, service levels, operational requirements, and target margins.
  • Own Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner with sales and marketing to develop positioning, value propositions, sales plays, and enablement materials that support adoption and growth.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with sales, service delivery, operations, and leadership to ensure offerings are commercially viable, operationally executable, and scalable.
  • Maintain a Customer-First Perspective: Engage clients and internal stakeholders to refine offerings based on market feedback, business outcomes, and client ROI.

What Success Looks Like
  • Launch of new service offerings that generate incremental revenue and attractive gross margins.
  • Strong sales adoption and attach rates across key service lines.
  • Reduced time-to-market for new service development and launch.
  • Demonstrable customer adoption, retention, and business impact from newly introduced offerings.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, solution development, or service portfolio management, preferably within an MSP, cloud, or SaaS environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure
  • Cybersecurity services (MDR/XDR, identity, compliance)
  • AI/Copilot use cases in business environments
  • Experience developing and managing pricing models, including per-user, per-device, and consumption-based structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive execution from strategy through launch.

Ideal Profile
  • Operates with a business owner mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Communicates effectively across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Brings a passion for building scalable, repeatable offerings that create measurable business value.

Why Join Centre Technologies
