We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing Texas team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with personal injury sales experience, strong networking skills, and a performance-driven mindset. You will be responsible for building and nurturing referral relationships, growing territory revenue, and consistently delivering high-quality service experiences to clients and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with personal injury law firms, case managers, healthcare providers, and other key partners.
* Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory to drive consistent revenue growth.
* Conduct proactive sales activities including cold outreach, in-person visits, presentations, networking events, and follow-ups.
* Manage your sales pipeline and CRM data with accuracy and timeliness.
* Collaborate with internal teams (operations, clinical, and care coordination) to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets for referrals, revenue, and retention.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our service offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends; especially within the personal injury ecosystem.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
