Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects. This role involves managing large-scale IT initiatives, coordinating multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments, stakeholder management, and project governance.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & Strategy
Lead planning and execution of large IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when requiredTeam & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate cross-functional teams across departments, vendors, and external partners
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership
Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all project participantsExecution & DeliveryDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactivelyGovernance & ReportingEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferredPreferred Skills:Experience with ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or legacy system modernization.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., SOC 2 audits)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
