What You'll Do
  • Greet, engage, and build rapport with customers in a professional, energized manner
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend the right CDJR vehicles
  • Guide customers through the full sales process-from first contact to delivery
  • Negotiate effectively and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay knowledgeable on vehicle features, benefits, incentives, and inventory
  • Follow up with leads and past clients to maximize every sales opportunity
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp and competitive
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • Experienced automotive sales professionals (CDJR experience a strong plus)
