About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Sales/Business Development Representative to join our growing Merchant Cash Advance team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is driven, competitive, and motivated by earning potential. We provide continuous training and support, we provide the leads and all the tools you will need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Make 250+ outbound calls daily using a dialer
  • Prospect and pitch business owners on funding solutions
  • Qualify leads and assess client funding needs
  • Match clients with appropriate financing options
  • Collect and submit required documents with internal team support
  • Build relationships and generate repeat business
  • Educate clients on MCA and alternative lending solutions

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred (MCA or lending is a plus)
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, coachable, and team-oriented
  • CRM experience is a plus
