What You'll Do

Drive Business Growth

  • Establish a commanding presence in your local market, becoming the go-to mortgage expert in your community
  • Exceed personal production targets while contributing to overall market share and branch profitability

Deliver Expert Guidance

  • Provide comprehensive consultation on our full spectrum of residential mortgage programs, rates, and policies
  • Conduct detailed financial and credit analyses to recommend tailored loan solutions that meet each client's unique needs
  • Present clear rate and point options while managing the complete application process from initial contact to closing

Ensure Exceptional Client Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire loan process, coordinating seamlessly with processing and closing teams
  • Set realistic expectations by clearly communicating policies, procedures, and timelines
  • Maintain proactive communication to keep clients informed at every stage of their loan journey
  • Track loan status and ensure all documentation requirements are met for smooth, timely closings

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience demonstrating proven success

Professional Requirements

  • Valid NMLS license (required)
