Your Impact:

In this position, you will facilitate, develop, and execute business-oriented learning solutions that support Freddie Mac's Single-Family business goals. You will leverage your instructional design, business analysis, project management, and reporting skills to identify learning opportunities, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights that enhance client and business outcomes.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating a variety of origination & underwriting training classes

  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in origination & underwriting policy, process and mortgage technology tools

  • Leading the end-to-end development of training curriculum for a variety of origination policies and products, as well as Freddie Mac technology tools

  • Creating, managing and executing project plans

  • Utilizing consultative and business analytical skills to perform needs and/or gap analysis resulting in training and education plans to meet client needs and support Freddie Mac's business goals

  • Creating, maintaining and analyzing operational, project and learning-related reports and dashboards to support business planning, resource management and decision-making

  • Collecting, analyzing and presenting data to identify trends, measure training effectiveness, monitor learning adoption and communicate results to stakeholders

  • Authoring learning content for different delivery methods, including webinar and in-person presentations, user guides/training manuals, job aids, and tutorials

  • Editing materials for clarity, consistency and instructional soundness while continually looking for ways to improve them

  • Partnering with Sales and other internal business partners to lead development and execution of customized client training solutions

  • Leveraging learning industry trends to deliver innovative and positive learning experiences

Qualifications:
  • Recognized Subject Matter Expert in loan origination and underwriting

  • Experienced facilitator for small to large participant groups via distance learning platforms and in-person

  • Proven experience with instructional design/learning experience design for complex topics

  • Strong business analysis, reporting and writing skills

  • Ability to build and manage business partner and client relationships

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data and translating findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations

  • Experience creating reports, dashboards and visualizations to support business planning and decision-making

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and detail orientation

  • Ability to work independently and with a collaborative team

  • Proficiency with switching between projects and prioritizing competing priorities

  • Ability to comprehend complex client inquiries in high-pressure situations and deliver accurate responses aligned with corporate policies

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $105,000 - $157,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
