Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Track mortgage loan files from origination to destruction
• Prepare applicable mortgage release documentation from recorded documents, following the recording guidelines for both in-state and out-of-state mortgage releases for paid loans or partial releases
• Monitor flow of loan files from the File Center to off-site storage, if applicable
• Support bank associates and customers by referring them to the efile on Director Unity Client, or if necessary, by forwarding requested loan documents via email, fax, interoffice mail, or in-person delivery
• Scan and upload any additional physical documents and electronic documents to efile in Director Unity
• File any documents in the physical file that are required and update physical file checklist as well as electronic physical file checklist in workflow
• Perform Physical File Review for required documents and track in Director Unity Client Physical File Review Workflow
• Assist with internal and/or external audits by organizing and delivering file requests in a timely manner
• Respond to File Center phone calls, workflow requests, email, in-person requests, and fax requests in order of urgency and/or priority
• Prepare checks for submission of releases to the county recorder offices and the county title Offices

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time, constantly operates a computer, is in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.

SCHEDULE
This position is fully on-site. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, preferred shift is 10a-2pm but can be flexible. This position is hourly and part time.

Under 30 hours expected per week.
