Commercial Sales Arborist:
 
Over 40% of our revenue comes from commercial clients and we are looking for a commercial sales arborist to continue our explosive growth in this sector.  Ideal candidate is well experienced in establishing and nurturing commercial relationships, has superb, engaging communication skills, and willing to provide industry leading customer service that sometimes comes outside regular business hours.  This role will come with an already established list of active clients and with an expectation to not only grow these existing clients but also prospect and develop new clients to grow the business to the next level.

Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships, consult, develop and sell arboriculture solutions for our commercial clients.
  • Provide superb customer service, sometimes requiring working with clients beyond regular business hours.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of our product lines including Plant Health Care and General Tree Care.
  • Utilize sales process tools, software, and other technologies to streamline the process for the customer and operation.  
  • Other duties as requested by management
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate has sales experience and is an ISA Certified Arborist or has green industry experience such that certification could be obtained within 3 months of hire. 
  • Minimum of 2 years industry sales experience or 5 years of related industry experience  
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
