Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
As the first Warehouse Supervisor at our new Kansas City facility, you will play a critical role in launching our new facility and establishing and sustaining our ownership culture. This position is located at the Parts Midwest Warehouse located in North Kansas City, MO. Just across the river from downtown Kansas City, North Kansas City is known for its small-town feel with big-town convenience and offers a mix of historic charm, scenic riverfront access, and a growing dining and entertainment scene. North Kansas City is home to attractions such as The Rabbit hOle, Macken Park, and the Screenland Armout Theatre.
Position Description:
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role by providing hands-on leadership by supporting and coordinating daily warehouse operations. This position will perform the same core duties as other warehouse team members, including shipping, receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, tire amp; wheel mounting, and tire balancing while directing and supporting training and ensuring operations are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
This position has an annual salary range of $69,000 - $74,000 based on experience.
This position is eligible for an annual, discretionary bonus.
Essential Functions:

- Team Leadership amp; Support: lead, train, and support warehouse staff while reinforcing company policies, procedures, and value
- Work Planning amp; Coordination: coordinate daily warehouse activities by prioritizing tasks, supporting facility operations, and assisting with general responsibilities
- Communication amp; Issue Escalation: serve as a key communication link by addressing operations issues and escalating concerns to management
- Core Warehouse Operations: perform day-to-day warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and deliveries
- Order Fulfillment amp; Product Handling: ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while properly handling and inspecting products to maintain quality
- Inventory Control amp; Accuracy: maintain inventory accuracy by managing discrepancies, supporting counts, and organizing product locations
- Safety, Equipment, amp; Facility Care: promote a safe work environment by operating equipment properly, reporting issues, and maintaining a clean facility

Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, tire/wheel, inventory, or fulfillment experience
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Prior tire and wheel mounting or balancing experience
- Prior lead, trainer, or supervisory experience
- Forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, or order picker experience
- Prior experience with inventory control, shipping systems, warehouse management systems, or order processing systems
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain DOT Health Card
