Position Summary

The Inventory Coordinators' primary responsibility is to manage and control all elements of the store inventory. This enables the company to operate efficiently in ways that are aligned to established policies and standards. They also oversee inventory management processes and resolve any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Complete all mango count sheets 100%
  • Work monthly Mango Shrink report
  • Monitor all inventory adjustments (PIP/RPI)
  • Ensure all receiving is done accurately and train others
  • Implement and maintain location codes
  • Work monthly Mango transfers report
  • Work and monitor progressive markdown program
  • Ensure all mango clearance is priced
  • Ensuring all price changes are done
  • Monitor and Maintain store outs
  • Work and monitor all negative on hands
  • Work and monitor all new items

Job Requirements

  • Commitment to and pride in a job well done.
  • Focus on needs of others, which include cooperation with team members, helpfulness, responsiveness, and service orientation.
  • Ability to train other members of the staff to keep inventory accurate.
  • Understanding of the flow of merchandise into the store, onto the floor and out the door with the customer.

  • Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
