Job Description

  • Install flooring materials including tile, hardwood, laminate, and LVP according to drawings and specifications
  • Operate flooring equipment safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret production prints
  • Work productively and safely as part of a team
  • Manage multiple tasks within the flooring department
  • Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and quality

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant flooring installation experience (tile, hardwood, laminate, or LVP)
  • Ability to read and follow installation drawings and specifications
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive, accountable attitude
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs) regularly
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and meeting production deadlines

The Pay Range for this position is $22.32 - $28.32 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We also off the following benefits:
