Job description

Porta-King Building Systems manufactures modular buildings through our DuraSteel and DuraAluminum lines as well as modular building systems. With
customers both national and international, we are growing and seeking qualified personnel to join our workforce. If you are looking for a career with a stable company and like the satisfaction of seeing a finished product on its way to the customer looking great because of the job you did, you may be a good candidate for Porta-King Building Systems' paint department.


To be considered for a painting position candidates must meet the following requirements:

ยท Must have the ability to work with and around chemicals and paint.

ยท Must have the ability to understand paint formulas and understand or have knowledge of mixing paint.

ยท Must have the ability to wear a respirator.

ยท Must be able to paint using HVLP paint system.

ยท Must be able to climb a ladder repetitively.

ยท Must be able to review blueprints or work orders to determine work requirements.

ยท Must be able to read and write using basic English skills and be able to perform basic math calculations.

ยท Must show initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

ยท Must be at least 18 years old.

ยท Must be able to pass all pre-employment background screenings including a drug test.
