Portfolio & Resource Management: Balances capacity and capability across modular execution teams to meet dynamic business needs. Sequences work to align with business rhythms, seasonal effects, and store readiness. Absorbs operational complexity to enable senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Operational Excellence & Standards: Serves as a subject-matter expert on modular execution standards and best practices. Institutionalizes “single-best-way” methods and quality checks across store formats. Leads post-implementation reviews to codify learnings and scale improvements. Cross-Functional Liaison & Analyst Enablement: Acts as a strategic connector between Insights, Space, Merchant teams, and leadership. Aligns decisions to execution realities and clarify roles, data needs, and decision rights. Owns coordination tasks to protect analytical capacity and allow analysts to focus on insights. Talent Development & Leadership: Mentors managers and high-potential associates to build a bench of future leaders. Fosters a culture of continuous learning and execution excellence.
