Job description

Expert Modular Consultants, LLC is looking for a modular building inspector.
Responsibilities include inspecting modular buildings for code compliance in all trades and monitoring building manufacturers’ quality control programs. Inspections are made with reference to approved plans and applicable codes and manufacturer’s quality control manuals. The position is based in South Georgia to serve clients in South Georgia (Douglas, Ellaville, Valdosta areas). The inspector works from home and travels via auto to client facilities for inspections.
Qualifications: Experience in building inspections and/or construction. Inspector certifications are a preferred prequalification. Must obtain ICC inspector certifications in all trades after hire.
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. The inspector is reimbursed for mileage for using personal vehicle.
