Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Modular Building Framers to construct and assemble the structural framework of modular buildings. Candidates will work from blueprints and measurements to build walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and other sections of modular buildings.
  • Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other framing materials.
  • Use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and impact drivers.
  • Install and secure framing components according to specifications.
  • Inspect work to ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and structural integrity.
  • Work safely while maintaining an organized work area.
  • Assist with other construction and assembly duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous framing, carpentry, construction, or modular building experience preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements accurately.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver building materials.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods.
  • Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:
Residential framing, commercial construction, modular/prefabricated building construction, carpentry, or general construction assembly.
