Hubler Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Service Advisor to join our team in Shelbyville, IN. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication regarding vehicle service needs while working remotely. Ford FMCDEALER experience is a plus but not needed.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, coordinating service appointments and updates.
  • Provide accurate estimates and schedule mobile service visits efficiently.
  • Communicate service options, timelines, and costs clearly to customers.
  • Manage service documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Ford vehicles and service procedures to assist customers effectively.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
