Technical Product Owner
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
15+ years in Product, Business Analysis, or Program Support roles
Experience working in enterprise products / telecom / digital commerce environments
Strong experience with:
Requirements Analysis and Impact Assessment
Intake or backlog management processes
Cross-functional coordination
Proficiency in tools:
• Excel / Smartsheet / SharePoint
• PowerPoint for stakeholder reporting
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
Familiarity with:
• Agile / Intake / Architecture workflows
• Telecom or eCommerce domains (e.g., mobile, device, fulfillment)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a TPO / Intake Analyst Contractor to support the Gemini Program (CBM mobile transformation initiative). This role will closely partner with the Gemini Intake Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to manage feature intake, requirements readiness, and end-to-end coordination across Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
The contractor will play a critical role in ensuring requirements maturity, intake throughput, and delivery readiness across multiple high-impact features.
Intake Process & Requirements Management
• Support end-to-end Gemini intake lifecycle including:
o Intake request tracking, prioritization support, and status reporting
o Coordination of SRD / BRD / HLD readiness across features
• Track feature progression across intake stages (Draft In Review Approved Complete)
• Ensure requirements completeness and alignment prior to architecture handoff
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with:
o Product Managers / Business Owners
o IT Architecture teams
o Domain Engineering leads
• Facilitate discussions to resolve:
o Open requirement gaps
o Dependencies and sequencing issues
o Architecture clarifications
• Support intake review sessions and cross-functional alignment meetings
3. Intake Status Reporting & Governance
• Produce and maintain weekly intake status reports, including:
o BRD readiness
o Feature counts across intake stages
o Risk / health indicators
• Highlight:
o Features at risk
o Dependencies impacting timelines
o Decisions required from leadership
4. Feature Tracking & Delivery Readiness
• Maintain centralized tracking (e.g., Smartsheet / Excel trackers) for:
o Feature scope
o Delivery milestones (TR timelines)
o Dependencies and blockers
• Support transition from intake delivery planning by:
o Ensuring LOE inputs are captured
o Tracking handoff readiness to engineering
• Assist in validating alignment between intake scope and overall project plan
5. Meeting Facilitation & Documentation
• Support intake ceremonies and forums such as:
o Intake review meetings
o Product alignment meetings
o Cross-functional workstream calls
• Capture:
o Decisions
o Action items
o Follow-ups and ownership
6. Risk, Dependency & Issue Management
• Identify and track:
o Cross-domain dependencies
o Requirement gaps
o Delivery risks
• Escalate issues proactively to the Gemini Intake Lead and stakeholders
• Support mitigation planning and follow-through
