What You'll DoAs General Manager, you will:
- Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of instructors and front desk staff
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company values
- Monitor performance and help forecast staffing and operational needs
- Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Partner with ownership to support company growth and continuous improvement
- Lead by example and help create a high-energy, team-oriented workplace
- Previous leadership or management experience required
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
