Responsibilities:
• Contributes to the design and optimization of integrated credit strategies, including credit line management, acquisition policies, and product frameworks to balance growth and risk.
• Contributes to innovation in valuation methodologies, decision frameworks, analytics, and modeling integration to improve portfolio performance and profitability.
• Performs valuation exercises across programs such as credit line increases and new account acquisitions, ensuring assumptions and economics are accurate and optimized.
• Conducts periodic model monitoring and recommends valuation changes, tracking outcomes to ensure value creation.
• Designs, launches, and monitors A/B and multivariate tests that enhance credit strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintains the test inventory, creates iterative testing roadmaps, and institutionalizes learnings across teams.
• Supports and enhances performance monitoring suites, leads reporting forums, and develops insights to inform strategy updates.
• Performs ongoing monitoring of strategic initiatives to ensure expected results and early identification of emerging risks.
• Partners with channel owners, Data Science/Modeling, Finance, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment and high‑quality execution.
• Socializes strategies, influences business decisions, and presents insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executives.
• Serves as a champion of change, communicating effectively and leading from the front in a fast‑paced environment.
• Responsible for complying with all of the Bank’s internal control policies and procedures.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations to which the Bank is subject.
• Responsible for communicating problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, noncompliance with laws and regulations, policy violations, or illegal acts.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or Engineering is required.
• Two (2) years’ experience (with a Master’s Degree) or three (3) years’ experience (with Bachelor’s degree) in data analytics, strategy execution, decision engine, cloud data, or equivalent experience is required.
• Profound expertise in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel/VBA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Comfort with ambiguity and working hands-on with large analytical datasets to perform complex analyses.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strengths with problem-solving, critical thinking, detail-orientation, and organization.
• Advanced quantitative skills, including knowledge of probability, statistical inference, and regression analysis principles.
Preferred:
• Master's Degree in an analytical or quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or Engineering is preferred.
• Previous experience in financial services, consulting, or corporate strategy is preferred.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
