We're seeking an experienced, bilingual leader who is passionate about maintaining exceptional living environments and leading a skilled maintenance team. If you have the technical expertise, leadership abilities, and customer service excellence we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high-quality work standards and professional conduct
  • Manage work orders and maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs and coordinate emergency repairs
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas and units to maintain community standards
  • Communicate effectively with residents in both English and Spanish, providing excellent customer service
  • Participate in on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role in a multi-unit residential community
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • EPA Certification (Environmental Protection Agency)
  • CPO Certification (Certified Pool Operator) or ability to obtain
  • Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and work orders effectively
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background verification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing maintenance teams in Class A or Class AA communities
  • Knowledge of property management software systems
  • Additional certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
  • Experience with energy-efficient maintenance practices
  • Proficiency with mobile maintenance management applications
