Maintenance Superintendent
Location: Lyons, KS (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead all maintenance and reliability activities at a mining operation. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance teams across multiple shifts and ensuring safe, reliable operation of mobile and stationary equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead maintenance and reliability for mobile and plant equipment.
  • Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using a CMMS.
  • Supervise mechanics and electricians across multiple shifts.
  • Enforce safety programs and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and minimize repeat equipment failures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in maintenance/reliability with 7+ years in leadership.
  • 5+ years of mining experience (underground mining preferred).
  • Strong CMMS experience and maintenance planning skills.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet physical demands and pass required screenings.
  • No sponsorship available.
