Job description

he Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to work at our Levy Nucor Yamato Mill Services location in Blytheville, AR. The Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor manages all aspects of equipment maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities
The Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will:
  • Support safety and environmental initiatives including employee safety engagement; regulatory compliance and related training
  • Ensure equipment availability through effective and efficient scheduling of equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Develop, support, coordinate, assign and schedule work for maintenance personnel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and operations management
  • Assist the Operations Manager in developing budgets and business plans
  • Review monthly budget to manage maintenance department costs
  • Manages preventive and predictive maintenance processes and schedules
  • Requisitions parts and services
  • Runs KPI reports, analyzes data and utilizes information for better decision-making 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

 
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in industrial equipment repair technology with supervisory experience
  • Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products and computerized maintenance systems
  • Ability to understand financial data
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format individually and in group settings
  • Associates Degree in heavy equipment repair technology or related experience
  • Valid Driver's License
