The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to champion and elevate our mobile engineering team, blending technical mastery with exceptional people leadership to deliver secure, high-quality mobile experiences on iOS and Android. Your mission: drive our mobile strategy, cultivate a strong engineering culture, and scale our mobile capabilities.
Qualifications
5+ years Android and 2+ years iOS development (Swift, Kotlin).
Strong understanding of Android internals and modern frameworks (Compose, Room, Hilt).
2+ years managing mobile teams, focusing on growth.
Proven ability to hire and develop talent.
Strong technical skills across both platforms.
Strategic thinking and excellent collaboration skills.
A security and privacy-conscious mindset.
Bonus: Experience with gRPC, cryptography, trusted execution environments, or cellular technologies.
