The Senior Developer works on a team with other full stack (Web/API based) developers to deliver software/applications that meet the appropriate design and business requirements. He/she is responsible for the design, construction, integration, and implementation of software/applications that support corporate strategies and objectives. Additional responsibilities include participating in product architectural decisions and mentoring team members.
This is a Full Time, remote, Senior Developer role.
What You'll Do
  • Identifies and implements technical and procedural solutions in alignment with operating objectives.
  • Conducts code reviews and mentor junior teammates in best practices, patterns, and new industry developments.
  • Performs complex full stack (web/api) programming assignments requiring an advanced aptitude of established programming standards, methods, and best practices.
  • Designs, builds, maintains and modifies service, web, and mobile applications
  • Provides support for critical application problems and issues.
  • Aids and leads in the experience design process.
  • Aids in product architectural vision.
  • Performs programming assignments using established programming standards, methods, and best practices.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's in engineering, computer science, business or other related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Other degree/certification with Application development acceptable
  • 5+ years of full stack (web/api) development experience.
  • Experience with mobile development
  • Experience with Agile delivery process (i.e., SCRUM)
  • Experience and comfort with Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration
  • Experience with TDD/BDD/DDD
  • Web/API/JavaScript preferred.
  • Highly skilled in using Object-Oriented JavaScript and various JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Vue, Nuxt, Angular)
  • Skilled in technologies such as PHP/Laravel
  • Highly skilled in modern Web Development
  • Highly skilled in web service technologies such as REST & HTTP
  • Skilled in multiple DB Technologies: MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB, & MariaDB
  • Ideal candidates will have built multi-platform consumable API's

For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
