Qualifications
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in agile-driven SDLC
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-facing
• Experience with AI Code assistants for coding, reviews and testing
• Experience with DevSecOps, including development, operational & QA skills
• Ability to define solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility
• Experience with Agile: Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in React Native Development
• have exp on JavaScript libraries -React and React native to create frontend of mobile applications.
• Ability to write effective technical documentation
• Experience directly working on teams with DevSecOps responsibilities
• Proficient in performing peer technical code reviews and pair programming activities, like extreme programming (XP)
• Knowledgeable with version control systems (required: GitHub) and issue tracking / ALM tools (required: Jira)
• Ability to lead the team and take bottom-line responsibility of work delivered by the team
