About Mosai

Role Summary

Mobile is a growing part of the Mosai platform and a strategic area of investment for the business. While our web-based products are the core of what clinicians use today, we see significant opportunity to extend care coordination and clinical intelligence into a best-in-class mobile experience - meeting clinicians where care actually happens: in the field, at the bedside, and on the go.

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead this charge. You'll own the roadmap and execution for Mosai's mobile application, reporting to and partnering directly with the Product Lead. This is a hands-on senior role: you'll shape strategy with cross-functional partners one hour and write user stories the next. The ideal candidate moves comfortably up and down the ladder, serving as the connective tissue between clinical, finance, engineering, product, and our external clients.

This role is designed with growth potential in mind. You'll begin as a senior individual contributor leading through influence, with the possibility of taking on formal people management responsibilities as the mobile function continues to expand.

Job Duties

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mosai's mobile application
  • Conduct ongoing user research, competitive analysis, and discovery within the mobile space to identify opportunities and validate direction
  • Translate clinical end-user needs and client feedback into clear product requirements
  • Define and track product KPIs and success metrics for mobile; use data to inform prioritization and post-launch decisions
  • Represent product in all scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, standups, reviews, retrospectives) as a strong agile practitioner
  • Write clear, well-scoped user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs; maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog
  • Partner with engineering and design through discovery, delivery, QA, launch, and post-launch measurement
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for mobile features, from concept to launch to iteration
  • Make tradeoff decisions on scope, quality, and timeline, and clearly communicate the reasoning
  • Align internal stakeholders across clinical, finance, technology, and product on priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines
  • Build strong relationships with external clients; bring their voice into the product process through interviews, feedback loops, and advisory conversations
  • Partner with the Product Lead on cross-team initiatives and straddle workstreams as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and support on launch readiness, enablement, and feedback loops
  • Contribute customer and product insights to inform pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions led by the Product Lead and commercial teams
  • All other job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare SaaS or B2B technology
  • Demonstrated experience as an agile practitioner in scrum ceremonies, with the ability to write high-quality user stories and PRDs
  • Strong analytical chops: comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards, and using data to drive decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication; you can write a crisp story and a sharp update with equal ease
  • Track record of aligning diverse stakeholder groups (clinical, technical, commercial) around a shared plan
  • Comfort with ambiguity, context switching, and balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or clinical software experience strongly preferred; comfort with clinical workflows, terminology, and stakeholders is a meaningful plus
  • Experience managing or supporting mobile application products
  • Experience in home-based care, post-acute, hospice, or adjacent healthcare segments
  • Prior experience working with clinicians as end users or subject matter experts
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and regulated software environments
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo) and roadmapping tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
