  • Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of React Native mobile applications.
  • Define mobile application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI teams, and Solution Architects to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Drive technical discussions and provide innovative solutions for complex business problems.
  • Ensure application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms.
  • Support release planning, deployment activities, and production issue resolution.
  • Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
