Job description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a IT Support Administrator position in Greer, SC.
Overall Purpose
The IT Support Administrator provides dedicated, onsite technology support for TRIGO's operations at the BMW account (Greer, SC), and is accountable for the day-to-day technology experience across the site while partnering with the Americas IT team on broader systems. Present onsite five days a week - three days at the Greer office and two days at the BMW facility - this role is the first point of contact for local technology needs and ensures that inspection teams, salaried staff, and site operations have reliable, correctly configured, and readily available equipment at all times.
Beyond day-to-day support, the role helps support the site's technology across areas such as tablets and mobile devices, user accounts and software, and phones - working closely with the Americas IT team, who lead these areas, and with the Business Solutions team. This is a hands-on, self-directed position: the successful candidate works with minimal supervision, takes ownership of issues end to end, and has the capacity to grow into broader technology responsibilities over time. The position is central to protecting the customer experience TRIGO delivers to BMW and to upholding TRIGO's Quality Management System (QMS), corporate standards, and continuous improvement programs.
May Report to

User Accounts & Software
  • Support user account setup and software/licensing needs for onboarding and offboarding, in coordination with the IT team
  • Help identify licensing needs and route requests through the appropriate IT channel

Technology Asset & Inventory Management
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all onsite technology and a managed stock of spares/replacements
  • Conduct regular audits of the sites to confirm each station and area is fully equipped, and replace broken equipment promptly

Team Support & Deployments
  • Help respond to support requests through the ticketing system
  • Contribute to the rollout of new onsite technology solutions (e.g., vision/camera systems, new printers)
  • Track and reorder technology consumables (e.g., label stock); coordinate additional site supplies as agreed with Operations

Standards & Culture
