The
Mobile Building Engineer is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems across multiple properties within an assigned route. This role ensures all facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while traveling between sites.
Pay: $30.50/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to multiple locations to inspect, maintain, and repair building systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues in a timely manner
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle (if applicable)
- Communicate effectively with clients and site contacts to provide updates
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- EPA certification or relevant trade license preferred
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned sites
$30.50 - $30.50 an hour
