ABM is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer (MIT) to support multiple client sites through 100% travel. This role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operations across diverse environments.
 
ABM is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer (MIT) to support multiple client sites through 100% travel. This role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operations across diverse environments.
Pay: $33.00/hr
 
The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 
 
Schedule: Day Shift, 8 am - 5 pm

• Travel 100% between assigned buildings to perform maintenance and repairs 
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems 
• Respond to emergency service calls and on-call requests 
• Complete inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe building operations 
• Document all work orders and PMs using CMMS 
• Coordinate with vendors and communicate with site contacts 
• Follow ABM safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Experience as a Mobile Building Engineer, Building Engineer, or Maintenance Technician 
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems 
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 100% 
• Strong time management and customer service skills 
• EPA 608 and OSHA certifications preferred
