Job description

  • Perform routine inspections. Maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify and implement effective solutions
  • Respond promptly to building related emergencies and address urgent repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
  • Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules
  • Monitor energy consumption and implement energysaving measure to ensure efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
  • Support the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring proper functionality
  • Provide handson training and collaboration to other engineering team members
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by property management/engineering department
  • As appropriate, records all pertinent data in building logbooks and makes all appropriate daily entries
  • Actively functions as a team member
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality of service
  • Complies and participates with Omninet policies, procedures, safety program and facilities specific safety program
  • Provides highest quality of service to the tenants, staff and visitors at the facility
