Mixer Helper
Responsibilities:
* Prepare, stage, and verify ingredients required for production batches according to established specifications
* Assist the Mixer Operator with mixing activities, including managing trimming, applying time tags, and recording product temperatures
* Maintain accurate production records, including ingredient traceability and batch control documentation, while supporting quality and food safety standards
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by following GMP, HACCP, and company safety procedures and reporting any equipment or ingredient issues promptly
Required Skills & Experience:
* Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP
* Previous experience working in a similar environment
* Must be able to work Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 5am
* Basic computer knowledge (ex: Excel)
