Location: Preferred in Arvada, Co., but also open to LA and DC
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI

Salary: $120- $180K Competitive, based on experience
About the Role
We are hiring a Mission Integration Engineer to lead the integration of satellite ground systems for commercial and government space missions. You'll be part of the Mission Architecture team, driving mission success from planning through launch and operations by aligning customer needs with current platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Mission Design & Integration: Lead technical integration, assess mission requirements, and ensure seamless deployment of spacecraft, ground stations, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the technical point-of-contact during onboarding, coordinate reviews and readiness milestones.
  • Systems Engineering: Develop interface control documents (ICDs), verify requirements, and support cross-team coordination.
  • Mission Readiness: Conduct simulations, training, and early orbit support; create support plans and resolve anomalies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Aerospace, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in space systems engineering or mission integration; experience with spacecraft ground systems and satellite operations.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cloud-based ground systems, automation, scripting (Python, Bash), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and AWS GovCloud.
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, customer engagement, and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
