Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Integration & QA Specialist to join our team. This is a unique, hybrid role that bridges the gap between quality assurance, system building, and deep infrastructure integration.
Act as an integration experttaking ownership of building, installing, and independently debugging complex systems. This role requires the broad technical expertise of a seasoned System Administrator combined with a strong background in testing methodologies. Candidate should be hands-on with physical and virtual networking, storage, backup and recovery, and containerized deployments.
Core Responsibilities:
System Integration & Build: Lead the installation, configuration, and integration of physical and virtual infrastructure.
Deep Debugging & RCA: Act as the primary escalation point for complex system issues. Utilize strong analytical skills to perform independent root cause analysis and deep debugging across network, storage, and application layers.
Network Configuration: Manage and configure physical networking infrastructure (including physical switches), as well as virtual networking, routing, and switching.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Drive the quality lifecycle by writing clear, comprehensive test specifications. Execute regression, scale, and performance testing.
CI/CD & Containerization: Manage deployments and continuous delivery pipelines utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
Backup & Recovery Management: Implement and manage software-based backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Cohesity, Zerto).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Integration/SysAdmin Expertise: Proven experience acting as an integration specialist or system administrator, with the ability to handle infrastructure deployments and debugging independently.
Networking: Deep knowledge of both physical and virtual networking architectures (routing, switching, hardware configuration).
Virtualization & Storage: Extensive experience with virtualized environments and enterprise storage solutions.
Backup Solutions: Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery software (Veeam, Cohesity, Zerto, or similar).
DevOps & CI/CD: Practical experience in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments, specifically with Docker and Kubernetes.
QA & SDLC: Solid understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies, tools, and test planning.
Communication: Self-motivated professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between engineering and quality teams.
Salary Range: $64,000-$120,000 a year
