Job description

AI Integration Specialist (Part-Time | Project-Based | Fully remote)
Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with an innovative legal department in their search for an AI Integration Specialist to support ongoing AI and legal technology initiatives. This is a part-time, project-based opportunity offering 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling. The role is expected to be long-term/indefinite with potential for future conversion.
This position will work closely with the General Counsel and legal team to help expand and support AI-driven workflows and technology solutions within the department. The ideal candidate will bring a unique combination of technical aptitude, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of legal workflows and operations.
What You'll Do:
  • Support ongoing AI and legal technology initiatives within the legal department
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance for newly developed tools and workflows
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on functionality and usability
  • Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Help evaluate and support AI-driven legal processes related to contracts, intellectual property, and other legal operations
  • Work alongside existing consultants and internal teams on implementation and integration projects
  • Provide insights into legal workflow efficiency and technology adoption
  • Participate in regular team check-ins and project meetings

What We're Looking For:
  • Background in computer science, technology, legal operations, or a related field

Schedule & Compensation:
