Job description

Palantir Mission Integration Lead

The Opportunity:

As aPalantir Mission Integration Lead, you will leadfull lifecycle software development efforts withinPalantir Foundry, focusing on building scalabledata pipelines, applications, and integrations. This role combineshands-on development with technical leadership, includingmentoring junior engineers, managingdevelopment roadmaps, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive successfulpilot implementations.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-impactdata solutions, leading technical workshops, and ensuring best practices incode development, repository management, and deployment strategies.

What You'll Work On:

  • Architect, develop, and optimizeFoundry-based applications and data pipelines for your customer.

  • Guide your team through thefull software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.

  • Leadtechnical workshops, training sessions, and Foundry adoption initiatives.

  • Providetechnical leadershipfor junior engineers and act as a mentor in best practices.

  • Overseecode repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and software governance within the team.

  • Driveontology mapping, data modeling, and API developmentto support data integration.

  • Work with leadership and stakeholders to define development roadmaps and sprint planning.

  • Establish and enforceDevSecOps principleswithin Foundry projects.

You Have:

  • Experience leading teams in classified or restricted network environments

  • Experience with Palantir Foundry tools, such as Ontology, Workshop, Contour, Quiver, Code Workbook, Pipeline Builder, and AIP

  • Knowledge of governance or security concepts in secure environments

  • Ability to translate mission requirements into technical requirements and delivery plans

  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving, and security-sensitive environments

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with mission analytics or government-focused data solutions

  • Knowledge of Foundry security models, access control, and compliance frameworks

  • Knowledge of API integration

  • Knowledge of data engineering tools and frameworks, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

  • Ability to lead the implementation of data pipelines, ontology, and Foundry applications

  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, and non-technical users

  • Master's degree in Data Science or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
