Job description

We are seeking a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist who is passionate about helping others to join our team. Making a difference in people's lives is why you chose this career. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Experience

  • Create a welcoming, trust-based environment
  • Conduct hearing evaluation consultations
  • Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions
  • Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories
  • Provide long-term after-care services

Sales & Growth

  • Meet and exceed individual performance goals
  • Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance
  • Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts
  • Maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement

Leadership & Development

  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
  • Accept coaching and implement feedback quickly

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist

Benefits

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday,9AM - 5PM, plus one Saturday per month

Compensation: Competitive pay structure with high earning potential ($85k-$135k+)
