The Corporate Services Coordinator serves as the primary administrative liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team by coordinating governance activities, preparing board materials, documenting official meetings, maintaining board records, tracking action items, and providing executive administrative support.

Summarized Essential Duties
  • Coordinate Board and committee meetings.
  • Prepare board packets.
  • Attend meetings and record official minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute draft and final minutes
  • Maintain agendas with the CEO
  • Coordinate annual board calendar.
  • Coordinate new board member orientation.
  • Coordinate Executive Leadership Team agendas and minutes.
  • Schedule executive meetings.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics.
  • Track strategic initiatives.
