Tague Lumber is looking for a motivated, knowledgeable Millwork Sales Representative to join our Custom Millwork Division based out of our Phoenixville location. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with relationship-driven sales, helping builders, contractors, architects, and designers bring custom projects to life.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales & Build Relationships

  • Develop new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers 
  • Partner with builders, contractors, architects, and designers to win projects 
  • Promote and grow sales of custom millwork and door shop products 

Be the Millwork Expert

  • Serve as a go-to technical resource across Tague Lumber locations 
  • Recommend solutions and guide customers through custom millwork options 
  • Stay up to date on products, capabilities, and industry trends 

Manage Projects from Start to Finish

  • Conduct field visits and take accurate measurements when needed 
  • Prepare estimates and communicate clear timelines and expectations 
  • Review orders for accuracy before releasing to production 
  • Ensure all project details—materials, dimensions, and specifications—are complete 

Learn & Grow

  • Receive hands-on training in Tague Lumber systems, products, and sales approach 
  • Gain expertise in tools like Bistrack and CAD software 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience (millwork or building materials strongly preferred) 
  • Knowledge of custom millwork products and applications 
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities 
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset 
  • Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting 
  • Valid driver’s license
