About the Role:

The Millwork Driver position at Midwest Lumber & Supply II in Harrisonville, MO, is a critical role responsible for the safe and timely delivery of millwork products to customers across the region. This role ensures that all products are handled with care, loaded properly, and transported efficiently to meet customer expectations and maintain company standards. The driver will serve as a key representative of the company, providing excellent customer service during deliveries and addressing any concerns professionally. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate delivery records, performing routine vehicle inspections, and adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (Minimum Class E) appropriate for the vehicle class operated.
  • Clean driving record with no recent violations or accidents.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy millwork materials safely. Frequently 75 lbs and up.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving delivery trucks in the lumber or building materials industry.
  • Familiarity with the Harrisonville, MO area and surrounding regions.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
