What is a military program manager?

Military Program Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating defense-related projects and programs within the military or for government contractors. They manage budgets, schedules, personnel, and deliverables to ensure projects meet strategic objectives and comply with regulations. Their role often involves liaising between military leadership, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex programs.
