Job description

Location: Israel. This role is stationed in Israel and requires occasional travel.

Responsibilities
  • Interface with the Israeli Air Force, Bet Shemesh depot, and in‑country suppliers along with the P&W F100 Program Office.
  • Proactively manage the F100‑229 Fleet Management Program requirements by monitoring, trending, and reporting the status of key metrics.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support Engineering & Materials to determine future customer needs and to focus internal support necessary for customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with support groups to forecast customer maintenance, project component replacement/repair needs, and budget/order to maintain fleet readiness goals.
  • Develop and maintain Fleet Readiness Plans to ensure complete system support of all customer supportability requirements.
  • Identify, communicate, and elevate program critical issues in a timely fashion through the appropriate channels.
  • Utilize ACE Principles and continuous improvement of fleet management systems and processes to minimize cost and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with new business opportunity proposal activity, ensuring appropriate support is provided and working closely with International Trade Compliance to guarantee export compliance.
Qualifications
  • BS or BA degree; or an advanced degree with 5 years of Field Service Rep/Program Management experience (minimum 8 years of experience for non‑advanced degrees).
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracts.
  • Strong data analysis skills – capable of collecting, interpreting, and presenting complex data to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of military engine/module overhaul & repair processes, propagation systems, and USAF Intermediate & Depot Technical Orders.
  • Business, material and/or logistics management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SAP (Pratt & Whitney ERP System) is preferred.
Compensation

Salary range: $107,500 - $204,500 USD (based on experience, qualification, and location).
